Modernization Construction Continues
Posted on Dec 31st, 2018 Comments (0)
The final phase of our modernization project remains on schedule. TNT Construction has completed  the two easternmost six plex units and is and is scheduled to start the final building in early 2019. Summit construction continues to work on the first four plex (units 13-16) and is on schedule to have both buildings done by Memorial Day. StoneCo construction has been awarded the project to install the railings at the single family homes and and is half done. Should you plan to visit HPC in the near future, be aware that it is an active construction site and noise levels are high and many parking spots are taken for materials. Please check with the maintenance staff for the status of your unit before arriving.
