Marina Easement
During the development of Hemingway Pointe Club, an agreement was executed between the developer, the Association, and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources that, in return for approval to construct the Marina, no boats could be docked or any moorings placed anywhere else on the shoreline of Hemingway Pointe. This agreement remains in effect and can be viewed here:
