As discussed at the annual meeting, we are potentially considering a renovation of the current Clubhouse. The current financial plan assumes some minor interior cosmetic upgrades for approximately $25k. The drawings represent a conceptual idea to better utilize the existing interior floorplan
as well as adding a hard covered porch
off the back next to the pool to replace the canopy at a total cost of approximately $250k. . It’s really about reimagining the available floorspace to make it whatever we deem appropriate. We will be sending out an owner survey soon to solicit input - stay the course with minor cosmetic work or entertain a more substantial remodel.
